Martin T. Harris (he/him) is an Associate Attorney at the firm. He graduated from the University of California, Merced in 2014 majoring in Political Science and received his juris doctor at the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2019. Prior to working here, he served as a Policy Attorney at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, where he led state voting rights campaigns in Florida and Michigan serving Black voters. He was responsible for advocacy, legislative drafting, and judicial nominations reports. He has prior litigation experience as a plaintiff’s attorney in personal injury law. He also served as Vice President for the Wiley Manuel Bar Association in Sacramento, CA and currently serves on the NAACP Political Action Committee. In 2026, Martin was named to the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Black Lawyers Association. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
